"Even more interesting." "The Universe writing a little Documentation." The 4 at work. Okay, it was not the whole earth - but it was
as good. Like the event in the sci-fi motion picture "The Day The Earth Stood Still." It affects the right people. End message of
responsibility is like a photo. Nothing need be said. Yet. Volumes are spoken. The cause of this event was -- in the dark (so to
speak), not apparent. But the effect is Huge (massive). Some officials said this Drama occurred at 4:09 (p.m.) in the afternoon
on the 4th workday of the week, Thursday. Some say it was 4:15 p.m. -- evenso, according to the clocks -- time was stopped at
(four eleven) 4:11. Just for your information (F.Y.I.). Hit with the brick. Nearly one quarter of the Land that claimed to be the most
powerful Nation on the planet had absolutely No Power. Something in a fable about doing the wrong thing to a particular entity.
Cause the whole Universe to work against you. Instead of ever working with you. Then when you think the Universe is working
with you, because all things look happy in the fable, the Universe is in fact setting up the environment (you) for the next event.
And It keeps getting bigger, and more. What happened in this event, if measured in dollars, is billions were not achieved. Much
was lost. More than a million people still had no electricity 24 hours later (along with much in contaminations). People forgot
what Galaxy 4 did. This event, "The Blackout of 2003" will never be forgotten. The images alone that are preserved will cause
any individual to pause a moment ... and think. Many people think that they can think but The Universe: can not. Life shall make
more strange things happen to have you think, again. Until the message is understood. We are travelers through Time and
Space. The Universe thinks ... easily as much as you. Do you know what it is like to be in the dark (?). Try this. People take for
granted and believe very much what they can not see. Like electricity. But things they can not see they believe are not there. And
things that people can see, they say are "unbelievable." (6.1quakes Greece, 5.1 in California. Europe is almost as hot as hell.)
